【摘 要】 目的:关于哺乳期疤痕子宫人流手术方法及风险分析。方法:对100例早孕患者中哺乳期疤痕子宫患者与正常早孕患者行人流手术风险对比。结果:哺乳期疤痕子宫组中手术并发症，出血量等显著多于正常组。结论:减少剖宫产率、产后计生宣教的落实，以及术前准备完善、术中规范操作,能有效地减少人流手术风险的发生。

    Induced abortion methods for scar uterus of lactating women and risk factor analysis

    【Abstract】 Objectives: To explore on the induced abortion methods for scare uterus of lactating women and the related risk factors. Methods: A comparison was made on surgical risks of abortion between 100 lactating women with scar uterus and the normal early pregnancy patients. Results: Compared with the normal group, the scar uterus group showed more surgical complications and greater amount of hemorrhage. Conclusion: Abortion surgery risks can be effectively reduced by lowering the cesarean section rates, improving surgical preparation and standardizing surgical procedures.
