【摘 要】 目的:探讨选择性阴茎背神经分支切断术治疗原发性早泄的手术指征、方法及疗效。方法：距冠状沟上1.5cm处依次切开皮肤、肉膜、筋膜，充分显露背神经分支，保留1~2支，其余均予以切断、残端电灼。结果：对1316例原发性早泄患者术后随访1~3.5年，射精潜伏期达5min以上918例，3~5min 250例，症状无明显改善148例，有效率88.7%。结论：本术式创伤小、安全、疗效满意，是治疗原发性早泄的一种选择手段。

    Selective resection of dorsal penis nerve branches for primary premature ejaculation

    【Abstract】 Objectives: To investigate the operation indications, methods and therapeutic effects of selective resection of dorsal penis nerve branches in treatment of primary premature ejaculation (PPE).
