0.5%5-氟尿嘧啶外敷及阴道填塞联合激光治疗女性多发尖锐湿疣74例临床疗效观察

     【摘要】目的:观察采用0.5%5-氟尿嘧啶外敷及阴道填塞联合激光治疗女性多发尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法：74例女性多发尖锐湿疣患者分两组，分别采用0.5%5-氟尿嘧啶外敷及阴道填塞联合激光治疗和单纯采用CO2激光治疗。结果：治疗组手术率下降28.9 %，手术面积缩小50%以上者达78.9%,治愈率达94.74%，复发率为5.26%；对照组治愈率76.31%，复发率为23.68%。结论：0.5%5-氟尿嘧啶外敷及阴道填塞联合激光治疗较单纯CO2激光治疗效果明显，联合治疗方法可有效降低手术率、缩小手术面积，治愈率高、复发率低。

    External application of 0.5% 5-Fluorouracil combined with vaginal filling and laser irradiationin treatment of recurrent condyloma acuminatum: a report of 74 cases

    【Abstract】 Objectives: Seventy-four cases of female recurrent condyloma acuminatum were divided into two groups. The experiment group was treated with 0.5% 5-Fluorouracil external application combined with vaginal filling and laser irradiation while the control group was only treated with CO2 laser irradiation. Results: The surgery rate for the experiment group decreased by 28.9%. 78.9% patients decreased 50% of their surgery area. The curative rate was 94.74% for the experiment group and 76.31% for the control group. The recurrence rate was 5.26% for the experiment group and 23.68% for the control. Conclusion: External application of 0.5% 5-Fluorouracil combined with vaginal filling and laser irradiation can produce better effects than the single CO2 laser irradiation treatment. The combined therapy can effectively reduce the surgery rate, narrow the surgery area, increase curative rate and decrease recurrence rate. ......
