【摘 要】 同性婚姻与婚姻间是否存在内在冲突？这些冲突能否协调？从婚姻的角度考察了基督教文明和中国传统文明中的婚姻观念后，发现其与同性婚姻中在宗教、宗族、生育、爱情等各个基本方面均存在内在的冲突。这些冲突是把爱情作为婚姻的基础所造成的，也影响到现代的同性婚姻的推行。由于传统观念，导致许多同性恋者走入异性婚姻，导致不幸。同性婚姻的时机在国人观念上看仍不成熟。所以，同性婚姻的研究需立足于这些社会现实，构建广义的包括同居制度在内的广义的“同性婚姻”制度。
