【摘要】清代的社会因素深深影响着当时妇产科学的发展。本研究搜集了大量的中医医史和中国历史方面的资料，整理并归纳了对清代妇产科学发展有重要影响的社会因素，分析了中医没有形成独立产科的原因。我们力求从历史中吸取经验教训，找到中医妇产科学发展的新方向。
