农民工非婚性行为问题综述(1)
【摘要】自改革开放以来，大量农民工纷纷涌入城市务工，与此同时各类非婚性行为问题也相继出现，导致家庭破裂、性病泛滥、艾滋病滋生、社会风气败坏。本综述通过中国知网搜集已有文献，并结合137个农民工性行为典型案例，主要介绍了性侵犯、婚外情性行为、性贿赂、性服务等四大类农民工非婚性行为问题的概念和表现，并分析了每一类非婚性行为问题的产生原因、动机及其后果，同时归纳了易遭受非婚性行为问题伤害的人群特征及非婚性行为问题的肇事者特征。最后，指出了已有研究的不足，并从研究方法、研究内容等方面提出了有关农民工非婚性行为问题进一步研究的方向。

【Abstract】Since the reform and opening up， a large number of migrant workers have gone to urban cities looking for work. Meanwhile， various non-martial sexual behaviors are emerging， which results into family breakdown， widespread of venereal diseases and AIDS and etc. To introduce the concept and manifestation of non-martial sexual behaviors， the author has collected the existing literatures in the Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and 137 typical sex cases of migrant workers， and found out four types， which were sexual assault， extramarital sexual behavior， sex trade and prostitution respectively. Besides， the author has also analyzed the cause of such problems， its motivation and consequences. At the same time， the author has also summarized the characteristics of people who are vulnerable to suffer such problems and the perpetrators. Finally， the paper points out the deficiency of existing research and propose a further research in terms of research methods， content and so on.

1农民工非婚性行为问题现状
在全国人大十二届一次会议“一线工人农民代表谈履职”主题记者会上，安徽代表团的刘丽代表指出：由于长久分居，农民工群体中“临时夫妻”的情况非常盛行。
2013年两会提案显示，“农民工结成临时夫妻”并不是个别现象。其背后所彰显的是城镇化进程中由于体制不完善和性道德的沦丧所导致的农民工非婚性行为问题。
根据卫生部公布数据可知，目前超过八成的农民工面临“性饥渴”问题。这种“饥渴”状态，也造成了当前社会囊括性侵犯、卖淫嫖娼、性贿赂与婚外情性行为在内的农民工非婚性行为问题频发的现象。

据现有数据分析，50%以上的农民工通过性幻想、看黄色录像或色情书刊、嫖娼等方法来解决性需求，有的甚至因此走上性犯罪的歧途[1]。北京市海淀区检察院曾对2001～2003年办理的强奸案进行统计，发现有65件是来京务工的农民工所为，占案件总数的58.6%，并且作案率呈逐年增加的趋势。2006年初，司法部对外公布了一个惊人的数据：外来农民工犯罪主要以强奸与盗窃为主，而两者比例为3∶1[2]。
综上，农民工的非婚性行为问题已经成为一个不可回避的社会问题。
2农民工非婚性行为问题的主要类型与表现
2.1类型一：婚前或婚外性行为
婚外性行为是指婚姻关系的其中一人，与配偶以外的人发生超出友谊的关系，也称为“出轨”。国外研究推测26%～50%的男性和21%～38%的女性曾经有过婚外性行为[3]。而崔春霞认为，非婚性行为包括同居、临时和商业性行为，其中与没有婚姻关系的性伴侣生活3个月以上者为同居，与非固定性伴侣发生的性行为如一夜情为临时性行为。据其调查，有55.9%人存在婚前或婚外性行为，其中同居发生率最高为51.2%，临时性行为发生率为22.5%[4]。, 百拇医药(杨子贤等)
