【摘要】目的：探讨尿道前列腺电切除术对患者性生活质量的影响。方法：选择在本院行尿道前列腺电切除术的前列腺增生症患者55例作为观察组，同期体检的健康男士55例作为对照组。调查两组的性生活质量。结果：观察组勃起功能问卷(IIEF-5)评分和NPT勃起周径增加量略低于对照组，但无统计学差异(均P>005)；精液量显著低于对照组，逆行射精率显著高于对照组(P<001或P<005)。结论：成功的尿道前列腺电切除术不会明显引起患者勃起障碍，但会导致精液量减少和逆行射精率增加，因而会对患者性生活质量造成一定程度的影响。

【Abstract】Objectives： To explore the impact of transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) on quality of sexual life. Methods： 55 patients with prostate hyperplasia that had been treated by TURP were selected as experimental group， and meanwhile 55 healthy males were selected as control group.
