丁桂散敷脐治疗气滞血瘀型Ⅲ型前列腺炎58例疗效观察(1)

     【摘要】目的：探讨丁桂散敷脐治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎气滞血瘀型的临床应用价值。方法：将120例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者随机分为治疗组及对照组，两组各60例，分别予以丁桂散敷脐联合栓剂安慰剂、前列安栓纳肛联合散剂安慰剂治疗，疗程为4周。采用NIH-CPSI量表和中医证候评分为评价指标。结果：治疗组总有效率为7931%，对照组总有效率为7719%，两组比较无显著差异(P>005)。结论：丁桂散敷脐治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(气滞血瘀型)疗效安全可靠，可明显改善患者的临床症状，值得进一步研究。
