【摘要】探讨中医药治疗血精的方法和优势。简述古代医家对本病的认识，总结本病的病因病机及当代医家对本病的认识。辨证论治是中医学的特点，也是治疗本病的优势。临床常见证型有阴虚火旺型、湿热下注型、脾肾气虚型和瘀血阻滞型。
