氧化应激PKC、ERK信号通路对精子活动力影响概述(1)
【摘要】精子活动力是衡量男性生育能力的一个重要指标，只有活动的精子才能到达受精部位。精子活力低下症是男性不育的主要因素，严重危害人类的生殖健康。随着自由基等分子生物学理论的建立和发展，人们发现氧化应激信号通路对精子的损伤可能是男性不育的原因之一。蛋白激酶C(PKC)、细胞外调节蛋白激酶(ERK)信号通路的研究对基于分子水平探讨精子活力低下症的发病机制，寻求其治疗新途径和方法具有重要意义。
