彩色多普勒超声对药物流产不全后宫内残留物的诊断价值研究(1)
【摘要】目的：探析彩色多普勒超声诊断药物流产不全后宫内残留物的价值。方法：入选我院2013年1月至2013年12月收治的180例药物流产后持续阴道出血2周的患者，随机分为3组各60例，A组采用高频彩色多普勒超声波(CDFI)检查，B组采用能量多普勒(CDPI)检查，C组采用CDFI+CDPI检查，并与病理结果进行比较，评价定性诊断价值。结果：A组对药物流产不全诊断的灵敏度为91.1%(51/56)，准确性为88.3%(53/60)，B组灵敏度为90.9%(50/55)，准确性为90.0%(54/60)，C组灵敏度为100.0%(56/56)，准确性为98.3%(59/60)。3组比较灵敏度、准确性可见，C组灵敏度、准确性明显高于A、B两组，P<0.05。结论：高频CDFI对药物流产不全后宫内残留物诊断灵敏度高，准确性相对低，与CDPI联合，可提高诊断准确性，二者联合诊断具有重要价值。
