【摘要】目的：分析医务人员对艾滋病职业暴露的相关知识和态度。方法：选取我院在职医务人员371例作为研究对象，对医务人员对艾滋病传播途径和非传播途径的知晓情况、职业暴露时采取的措施进行不记名问卷调查。结果：我院大多数医务人员能够正确分辨艾滋病的各种传播途径，少数传播途径不能够正确分辨。发生职业暴露时，8787%的医护人员均能通过各种途径采取处理措施，1213%的医护人员不知如何进行处理，缺乏职业暴露处理知识。结论：医务人员艾滋病职业暴露的发生率较高，应该加强医务人员对艾滋病传播途径的教育、对艾滋病的预防知识和发生职业暴露时的正确处理方法的教育。
