【摘要】 与男色同性恋相关的疾病在明清时期有所讨论，诸医家及社会道德人士立足于阴阳观念，认为男男性行为是两阳相并，亢阳则诸疾丛至。所言男色男科病包括有浊病、疳病等，由男色引起的普通疾病包括有目损、艰嗣、体虚等，而“龙阳毒”的概念尤其引人瞩目。医家们用道德观念来推断病因，先下结论再找理由，为医学唯心主义提供了一个典型例证。
