复方甲硝唑栓联合结合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎疗效分析(1)
【摘要】目的：探讨复方甲硝唑栓联合结合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效及对患者血清激素水平的影响。方法：截选2012年2月至2014年10月80例老年性阴道炎患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组(甲硝唑栓)与观察组(复方甲硝唑栓联合结合雌激素软膏)，各40例；观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状及性激素水平变化、临床疗效及不良反应，随访3个月，统计两组治愈患者复发情况。结果：治疗后，两组患者临床症状、E2、FSH水平均较治疗前明显改善，且观察组诸项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组临床治疗总有效率为97.5%，明显高于对照组的65.0%(P<0.05)；两组患者不良反应率无显著差异(P>0.05)；随访3个月，观察组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：应用复方甲硝唑栓联合结合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎疗效显著且稳定。

【Abstract】Objectives： To explore the effect of compound metronidazole joint premarin cream therapy on senile vaginitis and observe the clinical symptoms and serum hormone levels. Methods： 80 cases of senile vaginitis from February 2012 to October 2014 were randomly into control group (metronidazole suppository) and observation group (Compound Metronidazole joint premarin cream)， with 40 patients in each group. Clinical symptoms and hormone levels before and after treatment were observed. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions 3 months after the treatment and the recurrence of the two groups were recorded. Results： After treatment， clinical symptoms of patients were significantly improved， more significant in the observation group， P<0.05； after treatment， hormone (E2， FSH) levels were significantly improved， more significant in the observation group， P<0.05. The total effective rate of observation group was 97.5%， which was significantly higher than that in control group (65.0%)， P<0.05； adverse reaction rate of the two groups had no significant difference， P> 0.05. Three months after the treatment， the recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group， P<0.05. Conclusion： The effect of compound Metronidazole joint premarin cream in the treatment of senile vaginitis is significant and stable.

老年性阴道炎是临床绝经后老年妇女人群的常见疾病。由于女性绝经后卵巢功能衰退，其体内雌激素也会出现下降，阴道萎靡，从而导致患者阴道黏膜抗病能力下降而易导致细菌入侵及繁重以致病[1]。临床应用雌激素或抗菌药物治疗，但因长期应用雌激素不良反应较多，而长期应用抗生素易致阴道菌群失调，最终导致患者病情迁延难愈且易复发。由于老年性阴道可致其外因瘙痒及阴道干燥、灼痛等，从而影响其日常生活。应用甲硝唑栓治疗可取得较好疗效，而结合型雌激素的临床疗效已得公认。但两者联合应用治疗老年性阴道炎临床疗效的报道甚少。所以，为探讨甲硝唑栓联合结合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎临床疗效，特截选我院所收治的患者实施分组研究。现报道如下。 (李琴 雷勇 曹晓明)
