【摘要】 目的：观察应用水垫首接负责制对老年髋部骨折患者压疮发生率的影响?方法：老年髋部骨折患者入院后，首次接诊责任护士立即负责落实患者臀部垫水垫，观察并比较首接负责制实施前后老年髋部骨折患者压疮发生率的情况?结果：应用水垫首接负责制后压疮发生率下降(P<0.05)?结论：应用水垫首接负责制能降低老年髋部骨折患者压疮发生率?
