【摘要】目的：探讨尿微量白蛋白检测在早期糖尿病肾病诊断中的临床意义?方法：应用免疫透射比浊法对尿常规及肾功能正常的2型糖尿病和其他住院患者各56例，检测mAlb，观察其与早期糖尿病肾病之间的相关性?结果：两组mAlb平均值分别：9.75±3.11?36.65±4.32 mg/l；<10年和≥10年患者mAlb平均值分别为27.82±3.32?42.16±4.32 mg/l?结论：尿微量白蛋白测定是一种简便?快速?灵敏的检测方法，是早期诊断糖尿病肾病的敏感指标，且对实验室的要求不高，适合在基层医院推广使用?
