【摘要】 目的 探析下段胫腓骨骨折实施钢板加压锁定的临床效果?方法 入选我院胫腓骨骨折患者66例，随机分为两组各33例，治疗组实施钢板加压锁定疗法，对照组实施常规手术方法，比较两组的手术参数?临床效果?结果 治疗组的手术各项参数显著优于对照组(p<0.05)；治疗组的总有效率显著优于对照组(p<0.05)?结论 胫腓骨骨折实施钢板加压锁定疗法，临床效果确切，可靠安全，值得临床推广?

【Abstract】 objective of lower tibiofibular fracture clinical effect of locking compression plate.
