【摘 要】目的：对消化内科患者恶心呕吐进行临床分析及治疗。方法：回顾本院2017年1月-2018年1月接受的消化内科发生恶心呕吐的患者422名患者临床资料，并将其作为研究对象，统计引起恶心呕吐有症状的因素和进行针对性治疗的效果，并进行分析。结果：反流性食管炎、急性胃肠炎、胆道疾病是引起恶心呕吐的主要因素；经过及时对症治疗后，疗效显著。结论：反流性食道炎、急性胃肠炎以及胆道疾病是消化内科中引起恶心呕吐症状的主要原因，胃癌、十二指肠溃疡和饮食不洁、精神因素等也是容易引起恶心和呕吐症状发生。准确的诊断和针对性的治疗能够有效提高治疗效果。
