血清半胱氨酸抑制酶C在糖尿病肾病中的应用(2)
本研究测定了DN患者血Cystatin C、血肌酐(Scr)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr),Scr在DN早期增加不明显,因为第Ⅰ组:正常蛋白尿组和第Ⅱ组:微量蛋白尿组没有差异,而Cystatin C在各组之间都存在差异,说明该指标较敏感一些。分析血Cystatin C与Ccr的相关性,能反映患者Ccr的水平,并与Scr进行比较,两者与Ccr相关性存在差异,Cystatin C与Ccr的相关性好,从而为临床测定患者Cystatin C以早期发现DNA提供依据。
