手术室开展舒适护理的观察(1)

摘要:目的 探讨舒适护理在手术室的日常护理工作中的优势。方法 对随机抽取的100例择期手术病人进行舒适护理,通过术前、术中及术后的人性化护理,减少病人在术中的焦虑与恐惧，使病人主动配合医生手术。结果 95例手术病人均自感手术中恐惧感降低了.由于恐惧而引起的心悸、血压升高等也由过去的25%下降到5%。结论 在手术室日常护理工作中推广舒适护理与人性化服务可减轻病人在手术中的焦虑和恐惧,以利于保证手术的顺利进行和建立和谐的医患关系。

【Abstract】Objective To explore the superiority of comfortable nursing in operation room.Method 100 patients undergoing selective operation received comfortable nursing .It is necessary to make use of human care in the course of operation ,preoperative ,postoperativein reducinganxious and fear to go with doctor initiatively.Result The feeling of being frightened was reduced in 95 cases . Palmushypertension caused by horror were decreased from 25% to 5%.Conclusion The result showed that the popularization of comfortable nursing and human care in daily operation room nursing work can reduce the patient’s feeling of anxious and horror . It is helpful to ensure the success of the surgery and to establish harmonious doctor -patient relationship. ......
