外伤性迟发性颅内血肿的诊治体会(1)

【摘要】目的 探讨外伤性迟发性颅内血肿的临床特点及发生机制。方法 回顾性分析发生外伤性迟发性颅内血肿的53例颅脑损伤患者的病历资料。结果 19例恢复良好,中残14例，重残8例，死亡12例。结论 早期诊断和及时治疗是降低外伤性迟发性颅内血肿患者死亡率和伤残率的关键。
