    【摘 要】目的 探讨下肢深静脉血栓形成(AMVT)的诊断与治疗。方法 回顾分析2001年10月~2008年10月收治的下肢深静脉血栓形成后综合征患者的临床资料。全组70例患者,其中13例行大隐静脉交转流术,10例行原位大隐静脉-腘静脉转流术,20例行曲张浅静脉剥脱术,部分联合交通静脉结扎和(或)溃疡清创植皮术,12例行曲张浅静脉腔内激光术,部分联合溃疡清创植皮术,12例行单纯溃疡清创植皮术,3例行溃疡清创联合游离皮瓣移植术。结果 患者患肢症状明显缓解率57.2%,部分缓解率38.2%。4例患者患肢溃疡未一期愈合,无严重并发症。随访1～8年,7例患者患肢溃疡复发。结论 依据准确的血流状态评价、采用个体化的治疗方案能够有效缓解下肢深静脉血栓形成后综合的临床症状。

    【Abstract】Objective To explore the formation of deep venous thrombosis (AMVT) diagnosis and treatment of.Methods Retrospective analysis in October 2001 -2008 admitted in October in the lower extremity deep venous post-thrombotic syndrome in patients with clinical data. 70 cases of patients with the whole group, 13 of which to pay routine saphenous vein bypass, 10 in situ saphenous vein routine - popliteal venous bypass surgery, 20 routine endarterectomy varicose vein, some vein surgery and joint (or ) ulcer debridement and skin graft surgery, 12 routine varicose vein laser surgery, and some joint debridement and skin ulcer surgery, 12 routine simple skin ulcer debridement surgery, 3 routine ulcer debridement combined free flap transplantation.Results: Limb symptoms in patients with remission rate of 57.2%, 38.2% partial remission rate. Four cases of patients with a limb ulcer healing is not without serious complications. Follow-up of 1 to 8 years, 7 cases of recurrence in patients with limb ulcers.Conclusion Based on an accurate assessment of blood flow, the use of individualized treatment programs can effectively alleviate the deep-vein thrombosis after a comprehensive clinical symptoms. ......
