两种镇痛方法联合应用于人工流产的临床分析

【摘 要】目的 分析人工流产术中镇痛方法的效果、宫口松弛程度及对术中出血、子宫收缩的影响。方法 笑气吸入联合宫颈注射利多卡因及阿托品为观察组,单纯笑气吸入为对照组。比较两组镇痛效果,宫口松弛程度,术中出血量,子宫收缩情况。结果 两组比较镇痛效果:观察组一级显效率达90%,对照组56%,具显著差异性(P<0.01);宫口松弛度:观察组有效率98%,对照组78%(P<0.05),具差异性,而术中出血量,子宫收缩无明显差异(P>0.05),人流综合征发生率为零。结论 两种方法均有良好效果,但观察组更为理想,一级显效率显著提高,宫口松弛度良好,且对术中出血及子宫收缩均无明显影响,无人流综合征发生。
