    【摘要】目的:促进供应室无菌物品质量的持续改进。方法:(1)通过制定全面实用的工作制度、岗位职责并解读、执行;(2)深入临床科室观摩操作;(3)了解临床科室开展的新技术,为新技术提供器材支持;(4)定期对锐器功能质量进行评估、筛选;(5)建立供应室质量持续改进的考核标准。结果:通过全方位为临床服务,临床医务人员满意,无菌物品质量合格率100%,临床满意度100%。讨论:供应室质量持续改进为临床科室提供了更好、更高、更主动的服务,充分发挥了供应室的工作职能。
