2型糖尿病周围血管病变与血脂关系

【摘要】目的:研究探讨2型糖尿病患者周围血管病变与血脂关系。方法:回顾性分析我院内分泌科2003年6月-2009年6月431例糖尿病患者的临床资料。根据患者是否合并周围血管病变将患者分为2组。即合并周围血管病变组101例;未合并组330例,同时回顾性分析两组患者的生化指标。结果:两组患者在年龄、性别比、病程方面无差异,在TG、TCH、HDL-C、LDL-C、VLDL-C均有统计学差异。 结论:脂代谢异常是2型糖尿病患者发生周围血管病变的危险因素。
