【摘要】 [目的] 探讨批判性思维运用于护理教学过程的效果。[方法] 将批判性思维运用于护理教学,选取38人作为培训对象,分别在进行批判性思维训练前和训练后对其理论知识、操作技能、沟通认知能力和知识运用、病人安全等方面进行比较。[结果] 运用批判性思维进行临床护理教学后,运用对象的综合能力得到显著提高,差异有统计学意义,(p<0.01)。[结论] 批判性思维运用于临床护理教学可以明显改善教学质量,促进各项护理技能得到提高,巩固护理基础知识,还使护生的独立、协作、解决问题和创新等综合能力达到锻炼,使其综合素质得到提高。
