【摘要】 目的:探讨布地奈德联合硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将2007年6月至2009年6月收治的79例小儿支气管哮喘患者,随机分为对照组37例和治疗组42例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用布地奈德与硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗。结果:治疗组的显效率、总有效率均明显高于对照组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在咳嗽缓解、气促消失和音消失等方面治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德联合硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘能明显提高疗效,快速缓解患儿症状和体征。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of aerosol inhalation of Budesonide combined with Salbutamol sulphate in treatment with bronchial asthma in children.
