【中图分类号】 R445.1【文献标识码】C 【文章编号】1672-3783(2010)07-0032-02【摘要】目的 探讨三维彩超在产科检查对胎儿畸形和胎盘病变的诊断价值,提高诊断的准确性。方法 应用三维彩超明确胎儿畸形及胎盘疾病的诊断,存储图像信息进行三维重建,并与产后或引产后结果相比较。结果 实时动态三维彩超形象直观,可从任何切面和任何方位显示畸形结构和病变部位,提供具有重要价值的胎儿畸形诊断。结论 三维彩超具有很高的敏感性及准确性,在产科疾病的筛查中具有实用价值的重要性。

    【Abstract】 objective to explore the sufficiency of 3d in the maternity check fetal abnormalities and pathological diagnosis of placental, improve the diagnostic accuracy of value. Methods using three-dimensional sufficiency clear fetus malformation and placenta disease diagnosis, storage image information, and 3d reconstruction after a ociation with postpartum or compare results. Results of real-time dynamic 3d image directly, can exceed from any views and any orientation deformity, provide the lesion site structure and the important value of the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities. Conclusion with high sensitivity to exceed 3d and accuracy of the disease in obstetrics, screening of the importance of practical value. ......
