卵巢癌的基因治疗(2)
基因治疗为卵巢癌的治疗展现了一个极有希望的前景。学者们正针对卵巢癌的基因治疗中存在的一些问题,研究载体改良,增强目的基因靶向性等,迎接根治卵巢癌的挑战。相信随着人类基因组计划的完成,分子生物学等学科的进一步深入发展,人类将开辟卵巢癌基因治疗的新纪元。
