舒适护理在肺癌患者围手术期中的应用研究

【摘要】目的：探讨舒适护理在肺癌患者围手术期中的护理效果。方法：204例患者随机分成观察组(103例)和对照组(101例)，观察组采用舒适护理措施，对照组采用传统护理方式。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和WHO疼痛程度分级标准评定，比较两组患者围手术期中疼痛 和焦虑情况。结果：观察组护理效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理可减轻肺癌患者围手术期的疼痛、焦虑程度，提高护理质量，值得推广应用。
