【摘要】目的：了解珠海市乡镇卫生院发展现状，分析制约其发展的影响因素，并提出建议。方法：采用描述性统计分析方法。结果：珠海市乡镇卫生院医疗技术力量薄弱，医疗设备落后残旧，信息化建设滞后，业务用房严重不足，医疗环境堪忧。结论：政府应加大乡镇卫生院的基础设施建设的投入及人才队伍建设。进一步深化卫生院运行机制改革，加强内部管理。
