【摘要】目的：观察加速康复理念在阑尾切除术患者围手术期应用的有效性、安全性。方法：随机将150例阑尾切除手术患者分为加速康复治疗组75例，常规治疗组75例，分析研究两组患者术后肠道通气、住院时间、住院费用等有效性指标，并观察加速康复治疗组的不良反应。结果：加速康复治疗组较常规治疗对照组术后肠道通气时间、住院天数缩短，住院费用减少(P<0.05)，不良反应无增加。结论：加速康复理念方案在阑尾切除术中可以促进术后患者肠道功能恢复，缩短住院时间，降低住院费用，且不增多术后并发症的发生，是安全、经济、有效、可靠的围手术期处理方案。
