【摘要】目的：观察消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法：按年龄组服用不等量的消旋卡多曲颗粒，连服6天，追踪观察治疗后排便次数、性状和临床症状的变化。结果：消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的止泻时间、总病程较对照组短(P<0.01)，且有效率达91.2%，明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论：消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗住院婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎能较快减少腹泻次数，改善大便性状，有效缩短腹泻病程，用药后无明显不良反应，安全性高，值得临床推广使用。

【Abstract】Objectives:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of Racecadotril to treat Rotaviral enteritis in infants and young children.
