【摘要】目的：探讨影响ICU谵妄发生的因素，以制定有效的护理对策。方法：收集2009年5月-2010年5月入住ICU的危重症患者的资料，包括年龄，性别，文化程度，宗教信仰，家庭收入，医疗费报销情况，有无疼痛，原发病，患病时间，性格类型，急性生理及慢性健康评分Ⅱ等。采用spss11.0统计，软件包处理，单因素分析采用x2检验。结果：本组进入研究患者的402例患者，其中108例发生ICU谵妄，发生率26.9%。ICU发生的影响因素为是否使用呼吸机的治疗，入住ICU的时间，睡眠情况，疼痛，性别，患病时间和是否经历同室患者死亡。结论：ICU谵妄发病率较高，并受多种因素影响。有针对性的采取护理措施，加强与患者的交流，获得患者的真实情况，以降低ICU谵妄发生率。
