    【摘要】目的:研究应用脑室镜治疗脑室出血的疗效。方法:32例脑室出血的患者原发性脑室出血8例，继发性脑室出血24例。均采用脑室镜下手术治疗。结果:血肿清除情况：术后24h复查头颅CT,与术前比较血肿清除均达90%以上。术后以ADL分级评定,患者Ⅰ、Ⅱ级28例,Ⅲ级4例,死亡0例。术后并发症继发颅内感染1例，梗阻性脑积水1例 肺部感染4例,消化道出血5例,经治疗后均好转。结论:神经内镜治疗脑室出血较传统脑室出血治疗方法的并发症及后遗症相对较少,病人恢复较快,效果确切。

    32 treatment cases of cerebroventricular hemorrhage with the stereo-encephaloscope

    【Abstract】Objective:In order to study the curative effect of applying the stereo-encephaloscope to cure the cerebroventricular haemorrhage. Methods:32 patients of primary intraventricular hemorrhage and 8 patients of secondary intraventricular hemorrhage. Results:Cleaning case of hematoma : R-eviewing the head CT after 24h, over 90% hematoma is cleaned compared with the preoperative hematoma. To evaluate The ADL grades after operation about postoperative patients,Ⅰ、Ⅱ grade 28 cases, Ⅲ grade4 cases, death 0 cases. Postoperative complicationssecondary intracranial infeion1 case, obstructive hydrocephalus 1 case, pulmonary infection 4 cases, gastrointestinal bleeding 5 cases. They are all improved after treatment. Conclusion:The treatment of intraventricular hemorrhage with stereo-encephaloscope, compared with conventional treatmeng, complications and sequelae are relatively few and the patients recover rapidly and the effect is exact. ......
