    【摘要】目的:探讨胃切除术后残胃排空障碍的成因及治疗方法。方法:对15例残胃排空障碍病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:14例经非手术治疗痊愈，1例手术探查后痊愈。结论:胃切除术后残胃功能性排空障碍是由非机械性梗阻因素引起的，一种可复性的残胃失调综合征。

    【Abstract】Objective:to investigate the stomach after resection, residual stomach dyskinesia the causes and treatments. Methods:15 cases residual stomach dyskinesia the patient’s clinical data were retrospectively analysed. Results:14 cases by nosurgical healed and 1 case of an operation to probe after healed. Conclusion:stomach after resection, residual stomach functional dyskinesia was composed of mechanical obstruction factors cause, a kind of micronuclei residual stomach disorder syndrome.
