【摘要】目的：探讨心理访谈在输卵管结扎术前后对受术者不良反应以及术后康复的影响。方法：我院对2009年1月—2011年1月400例进行输卵管结扎术的妇女，随机分为两组，甲组在术前、术中分别进行心理访谈，乙组不进行心理访谈。将两组心理状态、术中配合、不良反应、手术时间、术后康复进行比较。结果：进行心理访谈的甲组情绪稳定，术中配合好，不良反应少，手术时间短，差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论：心理访谈对手术顺利进行和术后康复有重大意义，取得了明显的临床效果。

Effect of psychological intervention with tubal ligation
[ABSTRACT] Objective : The aim of this article is to disscuss the effect of on patients with tubal ligation before or after the psychological treatment. Methods :Four hundred patients with tubal ligation were randomly into two groups during year 2009 and 2010,the observation group and control group . The observation group were treated by psychological therapy before and during the surgery, while patients in control group were treated in ordinary way. Result:Compared the two groups by state of mental, adverse reactions, the time of operation, rehabilitation. The observation group is more stable in emotion, less adverse reactions,less time due to surgery (P<0.01) ......
