    【摘要】目的：探讨腰椎手术钉棒系统内固定患者围手术期的护理经验，预防术后并发症，促进手术成功率。方法 对63例退变性腰椎疾患患者的围手术期给予心理、术前、术后护理。教会患者功能锻炼的方法，出院时给予全面的健康指导。结果 63例患者术后恢复良好，术后未发生严重并发症。结论腰椎手术进行钉棒系统内固定的患者在围手术期给予精心的护理和正确的指导，可以保证治疗与康复的顺利进行，促进手术成功。

    【Abstract 】Obiective To explore the perioperative nursing experience oflumbar surgery patients treated by screw/rod inner-fixation for prevention of post operative complication and improvement of success rate for operation[Methods] Do well the mental nursing and preoperation guidances and care after the operation for 63 Cases patients with the lumbar vertebral degeneration during the perioperation.To teach patients well to do the functional exercise and to give the health guidance to patients after left hospital.[Results]63 Cases patients recovered well after operation.no serious complications occurred for all patients.[Conclusion]Intensive care and correct guidances for lumbar surgery patients treated by screw/rod inner-fixation during the perioperation can ensure the smooth progress ofsurgery and rehabilitation and give a boost to successful operation. ......
