阴道念珠菌的检验方法比较分析

【摘要】目的 将四种常用的阴道念珠菌的检验方法进行比较，得出最优的检验方法. 方法：
对自2010年3月至2010年12月在我院妇科门诊拟诊为外阴阴道念珠菌病的患者164例进行研究，同时使用四种方法对患者阴道泌进行检验，观察其阳性数量，计算其阳性值并进行比较。 结果： 快速凝集法的检出率>革兰染色法>培养法检出率>盐水法的检出率(14.6%)，且革兰染色法和培养法相比P>0.05，表明其差异无统计学意义。快速凝集法和盐水法比较、盐水法和培养法比较、快速凝集法和培养法比较，其p<0.05，表示检测结果差有统计学意义。结论： 快速凝集法和培养放检测阴道念珠菌具有简便、检出率高等特点，且培养法可以鉴定出菌种，推荐两者联合使用。
