    【摘要】目的:探讨重型颅脑损伤患者的救治体会。方法:回顾性分析我院自2008年2月至2010年6月收治的162 例重型颅脑损伤患者的救治情况。结果:162患者总体死亡率、恢复良好率、中度残疾与重残比率分别为19.1%，37.0%，27.8%与21.0%。结论: 重型颅脑损伤具有病死率和致残率高的特点, 采取适当的综合治疗措施是抢救治疗成功的关键。重型颅脑损伤是外伤中常见且较严重的损伤, 病死率和致残率较高, 文献^[1]报道高达68. 0%- 86. 7%，是临床常见的恶性疾病，本文回顾162例患者的救治，将体会汇报如下。
