【摘要】目的：观察杏丁注射液治疗冠状动脉性心脏病的临床疗效。方法：将82例冠状动脉性心脏病患者随机均分为对照组和实验组，治疗组加用杏丁注射液治疗，观察分析血液流变学和血管内皮功能相关指标在治疗前后的变化。结果：每个组内，治疗后的血液流变学和血管内皮功能相关指标明显优于治疗前(P<0.05)；治疗后，实验组所有观察指标优于对照组(P<0.05)，且未见明显不良反应。结论：杏丁注射液可提高冠心病常规治疗的效果，值得临床推广和应用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the apricot butyl injection treatment of coronary artery disease clinical curative effect. Methods: 82 cases of coronary artery disease patients were randomly divided into two groups-compared group and study group, both in treatment group with apricot with butyl injection treatment, observing and analyzing hemodynamics and endothelial function related indexes in the changes before and after treatment. Results: after treatment within each group, the hemodynamics and endothelial function related index significantly better than before treatment (P < 0.05). After treatment, group all observation index than in control group (P < 0.05), and saw no obvious adverse reactions ......
