    【摘要 】目的:探讨婴幼儿阑尾炎诊断和治疗方法。方法: 回顾性分析62例急性阑尾炎患儿的临床资料。结果: 57例经1期手术治愈，5例经二次手术治愈，无死亡病例。结论:小儿急性阑尾炎及时手术切除病灶，补液对症治疗可促进早日康复和减少并发症的发生。

    The diagnosis and treatment for 62 cases of children with acute appendicitis

    【Abstract 】Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of acute appendicitis in children. Methods: 62 case of clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in children with acute appendicitis. Results: 57 patients were cured by the first operation and 5 patients were cured by the second, no patient died in this group. Conclusion: Removal of the lesions by timely operation and symptomatic treatment which can promote rehydration early recovery and reduce the complications of acute appendicitis.
