腹腔镜手术治疗盆腔脓肿80例临床分析

【摘 要】目的：探讨腹腔镜治疗盆腔脓肿的临床应用价值。方法：在腹腔镜下对 80例盆腔脓肿进行腹腔镜手术，包括盆腔粘连松解术、输卵管积脓引流或切除、病灶清除、盆腔冲洗等操作,术后均应用抗菌药物治疗。 结果80例患者均在腹腔镜下完成治疗 , 均无发生脏器损伤、感染等并发症；术中见直肠子宫陷凹脓肿24例 , 输卵管积脓36例 , 输卵管及卵巢脓肿20例。结论腹腔镜手术诊治盆腔脓肿安全有效，具有创伤小、术后恢复快等优点，是目前较为理想的微创手术治疗盆腔脓肿的方法之一，有利于保护患者生育功能 ,对于未婚患者尤为适用, 值得临床推广。

【Abstract】Objective To explore laparoscopic treatment the clinical value of pelvic abscess.Methods For in laparoscopic 80 cases of pelvic abscess of laparoscopic surgery, including loose solution pelvic adhesion and authoritative oviduct product purulent drainage or resection, such as clear, pelvic flush lesions, all the operation antimicrobial treatment application.Results 80 patients were completed in laparoscopic treatment, there are no happen visceral injury, infection etc.occured easily.their; Intraoperative see rectum uterine trapped concave abscess, 24 cases were 36 cases of fallopian tube product pus, fallopian tube and ovary abscess 20 cases.ConclutoinsLaparoscopic surgical treatment is safe and effective, pelvic abscess small trauma, postoperative recovery etc advantages, is the ideal minimally invasive surgical treatment of pelvic abscess one of the ways, help protect patients for reproductive function is particularly applicable to unmarried patients, worth clinical promotion ......
