【摘要】目的：探讨护理干预在冠心病患者中的实施方法及应用价值。方法：选取我院自2006年1月~2009年12月收治的确诊为冠心病患者128例随机分为观察组(综合干预护理组)和对照组(常规护理组)各63例，观察两组的治疗效果及住院情况。结果：观察组与对照组相比较，住院时间、治愈率及并发症发生率均有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论：综合干预护理方法可以显著改善冠心病患者的预后，提高治疗效果、缩短住院时间、减少并发症的发生。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease in the implementation of the method and application. Methods: in our hospital from January 2006 ~ December 2009 admitted 128 patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups (integrated care intervention group) and control group (usual care) of the 63 cases were observed the treatment effect and patient situation. Results: Compared with the control group, hospital stay, the cure rate and complication rates were significantly different (P <0.05).
