【摘要】目的 探讨阿奇霉素联合痰热清注射液治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法 选择140例毛细支气管炎患儿，随机分为两组，治疗组和对照组。治疗组联合应用阿奇霉素、痰热清注射液治疗，对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗，比较两组治疗方式的临床疗效。结果 治疗组70例，痊愈41例，显效9例，有效13例，无效7例；对照组痊愈27例，显效18例，有效11例，无效14例。临床疗效治疗组明显优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.3824，P=0.0387<0.05)。结论 联合应用阿奇霉素、痰热清注射液治疗小儿肺炎具有很好的临床疗效。
