    【摘要】目的：观察米非司酮治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法：有意选取我科门诊49例更年期功能性子宫出血患者，实施小剂量米非司酮口服治疗，3个月为1个疗程。结果：49例患者治疗期间出血均逐渐停止，进入闭经状态。显效45例，有效4例，总有效率为100%。结论：米非司酮治疗更年期功能性子宫出血疗效确切，效果显著，运用方便，安全可靠等优点，而且无明显副作用，是治疗更年期功能性子宫出血理想的药物。

    Mifepristone treatment of menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding 49 cases of clinical observation

    【Abstract】Objective: To observe the mifepristone treatment of menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding of clinical efficacy. Method: I am interested in select outpatient 49 cases of menopausal patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding, the implementation of low-dose oral mifepristone treatment and 3 months for a course of treatment. Results: 49 patients were gradually stop bleeding during treatment, to enter menopause status. Effective in 45 cases, effective in 4 cases, total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion: Mifepristone is effective menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding, the effect is significant, the use of convenient, safe and reliable, but no significant side effects, treatment of menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding is the ideal drug. ......
