    【摘要】目的：总结运用国产涤纶补片自制网塞和补片作充填物行无张力腹外疝修补术临床诊治体会。方法：对我院2008年3月-2011年1月21例腹外疝患者行无张力修补术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，并与同期18例传统腹外疝修补术患者进行比较。结果：无张力修补术患者手术时间短、术后下床活动时间快、切口牵拉、疼痛感觉轻、并发症少等特点，与传统手术组患者比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05)，具有统计学意义。结论：国产涤纶补片自制网塞和补片作充填物行无张力腹外疝修补术手术创伤小、安全可靠、术后并发症少，修补符合正常腹股沟管的解剖生理结构，达到无张力的目的，术后患者切口牵拉、疼痛的感觉轻微，下床活动早等优点，使患者容易接受，且其术式技术要求亦不高，适合在基层医院推广运用。

    【Abstract】Objective: To summarize the use of self-made Dacron mesh plug and patch filling line for tension-free hernia repair clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: The hospital in March 2008 -2011 Jan. 21 cases of patients with tension-free hernia repair in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and compared with 18 cases of conventional hernia repair were compared. Results: The tension-free repair in patients with shorter operative time, postoperative ambulation time, fast, cut stretch, pain, feeling light, fewer complications, etc., compared with conventional surgery group there were significant differences (P<0.05), with statistically significant. Conclusion: Self-made Dacron mesh plug and patch filling line for tension-free hernia repair surgery, trauma, safe and reliable, less postoperative complications, repair consistent with normal physiological anatomy of the inguinal canal structures, to achieve the purpose of tension-free, postoperative incision stretch, a slight feeling of pain, get out of bed early, etc., so easily accepted by patients and their surgical technical requirements is not high, suitable for use in primary hospitals. ......
