    【摘要】目的：探讨阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床效果和使用价值，为该术式的开展与推广进行前瞻性研究和分析。方法：对我科2009年2月-2010年3月25例子宫肌瘤患者经阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。并与同期23例经腹式子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的临床资料进行对比分析。结果：阴式子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者手术时间、术后排气时间短、术中出血量、术后并发症少、术后镇痛药物的使用率小、机体恢复快，各观察指标与腹式子宫肌瘤剔除除术患者比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05)，具有统计学意义。结论：子宫肌瘤经阴道剔除术与腹式子宫肌瘤剔除术比较具有较多的优点，宜在基层医院推广，但应严格掌握适应症，认真做好患者术前评估工作。
