    【摘要】目的：探讨小儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎的护理。方法：采取隔离措施，改善治疗环境，通过控制饮食及健康教育等方面给予精心护理。结果：通过精心治疗，观察病情，并执行有效护理措施，43例患儿全部治愈出院，无1例死亡，平均住院6.21d。结论：细致的护理在小儿RSV肺炎的治疗过程中起着重要的作用。

    Care of Children With Respiratory Syncytial Virus Pneumonia

    【Abstract】Objective:Explore the care of children with respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia.Methods：Take Isolation measures to improve the environmental conditions,proper diet and health education etc，to give intensive care, and complications. Results：Condition through careful observation of the implementation of effective nursing interventions, 43 children were cured and discharged without 1 patient died, the average hospital stay 6.21d.Conclusion：Meticulous care and treatment of pneumonia in children with RSV plays an important role in the process.
