    【摘要】目的：探讨支气管哮喘重度发作患者的急诊护理方法，提高急救的成功率，降低患者的死亡率。方法：收集自2008年来就诊于我院的64例确诊为支气管重度发作的患者的临床资料，并进行回顾性分析。结果：通过采取积极有效地护理措施，64例患者除1例死亡，病情均明显好转。结论：积极有效的护理措施在提高支气管哮喘中度发作患者的抢救成功率及降低患者死亡率中具有重要作用。

    The emergency care for severe asthma attack patients

    【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the onset of asthma in patients with severe acute care methods to improve the success rate of first aid and reduce mortality. methods: From 2008 to seek treatment at our hospital diagnosed 64 cases of severe attack of bronchial clinical data, and analyzed retrospectively. Results: By taking active measures to effectively care for patients, 64 patients died in 1 case, the condition significantly improved. Conclusion: The active and effective in improving asthma care measures in patients with moderate attack and reduce the survival rate play an important role in mortality.
